Dryer load

The machine can power every type of roller dryer (one-channel or multi-channel) and it is composed by a loading bench (which collect the tiles from the press), a lift (for the power of the different channels of the dryer), motorised roller conveyors with motovariators to calibrate the forward speed of the tiles.

Tile turner

The tile turner realized by Salmon Trade represent the solution in any cases is necessary turn the tiles on the transport plan. The range include traditional pulley belt with double motorization, tile turner for large format and rectifier wheels for special format and particular condition to use.

Transport equipment

Our company designs and realizes machines and systems for the transport and the handling of tiles of any size and for the integration of any industrial production phase.

Compenser

In the productive system in “direct” this equipment can offset the interruptions of the materials flow caused by temporary blocks of the different machines on the productive line.

Basically, it takes different tiles from different shelves to relocate them when it is necessary to fill a “gap” in the tiles flow.

Usually it is placed before the kiln or in general before any equipment that need a certain continuity of production to guarantee an efficient operation.

Defect detector (from kiln)

This detector system is designed to point out possible imperfections (unthreading) in the tile transited, in order to exclude it/them from the production line.

Bends

The bends are composed by a painted steel structure and are used for the tile conveying on strips, rollers, belts on polyzene and plastic carpet.
